National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW)2009 is April 6-10, 2009. The 2009 event marks the 10 year anniversary of the event.
The national “media event” will take place Tues., April 7 in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
The NWZAW “Executive Committee” met in Washington, D.C. in early December and initial plans/ideas for the April 7 event were discussed.
